Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing to participate in the ISKCON Pandharpur Essay Contest. We value your commitment to spiritual education.

1. Registration Fees

The registration fee for the essay contest is inclusive of several digital and physical resources (e.g., Online Course, Physical Book). Once a registration is completed and the resources are allocated or shipped, the fee is generally non-refundable.

2. Exceptional Cases for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Technical errors resulting in double payment for the same contest.
• Inability to provide the promised resources (e.g., course access) due to platform errors.
• Cancellation of a specific contest by the organiser.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund under exceptional circumstances:

• Send an email to iskconpandharpurcol@gmail.com within 48 hours of payment.
• Include your transaction ID and mobile number.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

4. Cancellation by Participant

If a participant chooses to withdraw from the contest after successful registration, no refund will be issued, but the participant will retain access to the online courses and any shipped books.

5. Shipping Issues

If a book is not delivered or arrives damaged, we will ship a replacement copy at no extra cost. No refunds are issued for delivery delays caused by courier partners.

6. Final Decision

The final decision regarding any refund request rests solely with the ISKCON Pandharpur administration. We reserve the right to approve or reject refund requests based on our internal review and the circumstances of each case.
