By registering for the ISKCON Pandharpur Essay Contest, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Eligibility
- The contest is open to participants worldwide.
- Participants must provide accurate information during registration.
- Multiple entries for the same contest by a single individual are generally not permitted unless specified.
2. Submission Guidelines
- All essays must be original works of the participant. Plagiarism will lead to immediate disqualification.
- Essays should adhere to the specified word count and language requirements.
- Submissions must be made before the official deadline.
3. Intellectual Property
By submitting an essay, participants grant ISKCON Pandharpur a non-exclusive right to publish, distribute, and use the content for educational and promotional purposes, with due credit to the author.
4. Evaluation and Prizes
- The decision of the evaluation board is final and binding.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Winners will be notified via their registered mobile number or email.
5. Participation Bonus
The "Free Book" and "Online Course" bonuses are subject to availability and successful registration. Shipping for books is handled via standard courier partners.
6. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain the sanctity and respect of the Vedic scriptures and philosophical topics being discussed.
7. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from the contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pandharpur, Maharashtra, India.
8. Limitation of Liability
ISKCON Pandharpur and its organisers shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the contest. We do not take responsibility for any technical issues, loss of data, or delivery delays beyond our reasonable control.
9. Organiser's Discretion
The organisers reserve the right to modify the rules, deadlines, or prizes of the contest if necessary. Any such changes will be communicated to the participants via the official website or registered contact details. The decision of the management in all matters relating to the contest shall be final and binding.
